1. Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Jahanzaib Lodhi, a trading brand of Lodhi Global Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Lodhi Global Ventures LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Questions, requests and complaints go to [email protected]. A person, not a ticketing queue, reads that inbox.
2. What is collected
Information you give directly
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, the following is collected because the form asks for it:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- The industry you selected and the city you serve
- Anything you chose to write in the free text field
The form also carries a hidden field that is invisible to people and only ever filled in by automated scripts. If it contains anything, the submission is discarded as spam. It collects nothing about you.
If you contact by email, WhatsApp or phone instead, whatever you send in that message is collected in the same way any correspondence is.
Information collected automatically
- Technical request data. IP address, browser user agent, and the page you arrived from. This is standard web server and content delivery network logging, handled by Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this site.
- Attribution data. Which channel brought you here, the first page you landed on, and any advertising click identifier present in the URL. This is stored in first-party cookies described in section 4.
- Analytics events. Page views and form submissions, sent to Google Analytics 4.
No account is created, no password is stored, and no payment information is collected or processed anywhere on this website.
3. Why it is collected

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, the lawful bases relied on are legitimate interests for replying to a business enquiry, securing the site and measuring marketing performance in aggregate; consent for the advertising and analytics cookies described below, which you can withdraw at any time; contract for work actually engaged; and legal obligation for records that have to be kept.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets a small number of cookies. None of them is used to build a profile of you across unrelated websites by this business.

You can clear or block these in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not stop you using this site or submitting the form. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is treated as an opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Advertising measurement, in plain terms
This is the part most privacy policies bury, so it is stated directly.
When you submit the enquiry form, a server-side event is sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Conversions API, and to Google through the Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol. The purpose is to attribute the enquiry to the advert or channel that produced it and to measure cost per lead.
The contact details in that event — your email address, phone number and name — are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave this server. Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint, not your email address in readable form. Also included are the advertising click identifiers held in the cookies above, your IP address and user agent, which Meta and Google require to match and de-duplicate the event.
These platforms act as independent controllers of the data they receive and use it under their own terms. Their handling of it is described in Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
If you would rather no advertising event is sent at all, contact by email, WhatsApp or phone instead of using the form, or block the cookies listed above before submitting. Neither changes how your enquiry is answered.
6. Who your information is shared with
It is never sold. It is never rented. It is never traded for a list. It reaches only the following, and only for the purpose given:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and the edge function that receives the form.
- HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) — the CRM where enquiries land so they can be followed up.
- Spacemail — email delivery and the mailbox where the notification arrives.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC — advertising and analytics measurement, as described in section 5.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, or a regulator or court, where there is a legal obligation to disclose.
These services operate in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of the UK or the European Economic Area, it is transferred under the standard contractual clauses or another approved transfer mechanism in those providers' terms.
7. How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the engagement and 7 years afterwards, for tax and accounting.
- Analytics and advertising events: held by Meta and Google under their own retention settings, up to 26 months in Google Analytics 4.
- Server and delivery logs: short-lived, under Cloudflare's own retention.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected]. The request is answered within 30 days and there is no charge for it.
If you are in California
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. No personal information is sold for money. Sending advertising events to Meta and Google can constitute sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under that law; to opt out, email the address above with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area
You additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, including the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS. Form submissions travel over TLS to a Cloudflare edge function; contact details sent to advertising platforms are hashed before transmission. No security is absolute, and no one honest claims otherwise, but nothing is stored here that is not needed.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, email the address below and it will be deleted.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be summarised at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
