What I collect, and why

The Meta Pixel and the Conversions API

This site runs the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Both report the same events — a page view, a form submission — to Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel reports from your browser; the Conversions API reports the same event from my server, so the two are deduplicated against a shared event ID and counted once.

What that means for you: when an event is sent server side, contact details you submitted are hashed irreversibly before they leave my server, and Meta uses the hash to match the event to an account if one exists. Meta processes this as an independent controller under its own terms. You can control what Meta does with it in Meta's ad preferences and in Off-Facebook Activity.

I am telling you this in detail deliberately. I write about how this tracking actually works and it would be poor form to be vague about running it on my own site.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4, for aggregate traffic patterns. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. No advertising features or cross-device tracking are enabled.

I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone outside that list.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies, set by the services above. Blocking them in your browser will not stop you using any part of this site. There is no cookie wall here.

How long I keep things

Enquiries stay in my CRM for 24 months from our last contact, then get deleted. Analytics data follows Google's retention setting, currently 14 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the EEA or UK, that right comes from the GDPR; in California, from the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising it. Email hello@jahanzaiblodhi.com and I will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Data leaving your country

I operate from Pakistan through a Wyoming LLC, and the services above are US based, so your data will be processed outside the EEA and UK. Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses in those providers' terms.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially I will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised version.
